The historic Babcock Building was purchased in October of 2008 by Babcock LLC members Kim and Don Olsen, Kay Foster and Mike Mathew.  The two-story building covers one-quarter of a city block in the center of downtown Billings, Montana.   Built in 1907 it houses a 750 seat theater, 14 second story apartments, and main floor retail spaces. 

The building has had only three owners in 103 years and is currently undergoing extensive internal and external restoration.  Application has been made to place the building on the National Register of Historic Places.

Once again the theater is a lively performing arts space, residents are filling the second floor, and a restored facade and storefronts are welcoming new retail tenants. zPizza opened its downtown location at 116 N. Broadway on Saturday, June 19, 2010.
