There are 14 rental apartments in the historic Babcock Building.  We have studios, one-bedroom units and a couple of two-bedroom units.  The rents range from $425 per month to $800.  We require a one-month security deposit and 6 month lease.  The rent includes basic utilites - gas, water and electricity.  All apartments are on the 2nd floor of the building which is accessed by an elevator and two stairways.  There is a coin-operated laundry on the floor.  Approved pets are allowed with an additonal $30 deposit and $30 per month charge.  References are required for occupancy.
